The suspects have been identified as 21-year-old Jamalachi Taylor and 18-year-old Jaycorion Dawson. Both individuals are currently being held at the Fayette County Detention Center.

Miller was ultimately captured near Newtown Pike and Kennedy Road. He faces several charges, including wanton endangerment, fleeing and evading police, and assault. Following his arrest, Miller attempted to escape from the University of Kentucky Hospital, where he was receiving treatment for injuries sustained during the chase.
