The Lexington Police Department is actively investigating a shooting incident that occurred late Tuesday night in the Lansdowne Drive area, resulting in four arrests. Police responded to reports of shots fired in the 300 block of Lansdowne Drive around 10:24 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered that an unknown suspect had fled the scene while a building in the vicinity was struck by gunfire. Fortunately, no injuries were reported during this incident.
Further investigation led officers to another shooting location in the Lansdowne Drive area at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday. This second incident was traced to the 3400 block of Ormond Circle, which is off Redding Road. Officers apprehended four individuals at the scene of this second shooting.
