The vehicle in question is a white 2020 Acura ILX with Kentucky license plate N9D006. This car is associated with missing teenagers Aoun Ismail Basboos, age 15, and Ali Haider Naqvi, age 16. Police confirmed the teens were last seen getting into the Acura around 5:50 p.m. on May 11, 2025, at the 3300 block of Spangler Drive.

Basboos is described as standing 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing around 130 pounds, and wearing a red jacket when last seen. He also has a scar on his right arm. Naqvi, on the other hand, is taller, at 6 feet 2 inches, and weighs around 210 pounds. He was wearing a black jacket at the time of his disappearance.

The last known sighting of the Acura was around 6:30 p.m. on the same day on Hume Bedford Road in Bourbon County. Notably, this incident is under investigation in connection with a shots-fired incident that took place at the same time.

The Fayette County Coroner, Gary Ginn, confirmed that police have been searching the area for human remains but have not found anything as of now.
